Technology Training
Customers will receive three complimentary training sessions from one of CABVI’s assistive technology instructors after purchasing the glasses from our Optical Shop. The training sessions will cover:
- Introduction to the Meta Glasses hardware and software
- Setting up the Meta Glasses with the user’s smart phone-tablet
- Going over the voice commands on Meta Glasses
- Providing either hard copy or digitally accessible training materials to the user for reference
- Going over how to utilize the Meta Glasses in the most safe and secure ways

Meta glasses are available to purchase at the CABVI Optical Shop, located in the Vision Health and Wellness Center at 408 Elizabeth St. in Utica.
A licensed optician will help you pick out a frame style, fit and measure the glasses, and add prescription and/or transition lenses, if requested.
